Information We Collect
When you use Sprinkles AI, we collect:
- Account Information: Email address and authentication data when you link your account.
- Content: Videos, audio and scripts you submit for analysis. These are processed to generate your analysis and are not kept on our servers afterwards.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including analysis history and preferences.
- Survey Responses: Answers you provide during onboarding.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered content analysis
- To improve our service quality
- To process payments via Apple on iOS and Stripe on the web
- To enforce our Terms of Use, including detecting and blocking prohibited content
- To prevent abuse of the free analysis on the web: when you use Sprinkles in a browser, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address and of each uploaded file, never the address or the file itself. The iOS app doesn't do this
Your Content
The content you upload is sent to our servers only so it can be analysed. Once processing is complete, uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers. Your original videos, audio and scripts stay on your device.
Before it's analysed, content is checked automatically against our Terms of Use. If content is rejected, we keep a record of the rejection (the reason and date) linked to your account, but not the content itself or an analysis of it.
Where the law requires it, for example for content that appears to sexually exploit children, we report it to the relevant authorities and may share account information with them.

Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
