These terms apply when you use Sprinkles AI on iOS or on the web. By using Sprinkles, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Sprinkles does
Sprinkles gives AI feedback on short-form videos, audio and scripts you upload. The feedback is a second opinion to help you improve your content. It isn't a promise of views, reach or results, and AI feedback can be wrong.
What you can't upload
- No adult content
- No sexual activity
- Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18
- Nothing illegal
- Nothing harmful or hateful
- No copyrighted content you don't have the rights to use
We have zero tolerance for this content. It isn't analysed, accounts that upload it may be closed, and we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You give us permission to process it only so we can analyse it and show you the results. Uploaded files are deleted from our servers once processing is complete. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions and payments
Purchases in the iOS app are made through the App Store and are also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple handles billing, renewals and refunds for those purchases. Purchases on the web are processed by Stripe on the terms shown at checkout.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Sprinkles after a change means you accept the updated terms.
